Application method
Substrate preparation
Sand the substrate with P150, then P180, and remove dust thoroughly with compressed air.
Mixing
Mix thoroughly before use. Thin by 10-30% if needed.
Spray / curtain coater
For cup spray guns, use a 1.8-2 mm nozzle and 3 atm air pressure.
Surface preparation
- Hardener C603 or C128: 20%.
- Thinner D1010: up to 30%.
- Store at 5-35°C.
