Application method
Substrate preparation
Sand with P150, then P180, and remove dust thoroughly with compressed air.
Mixing
Mix thoroughly. Thin 10-20% by weight or 20-30% by volume depending on application conditions.
Application
Suitable for airless spray, AIRMIX, 1.8-2 mm nozzle spray, and curtain coater.
Surface preparation
- For soft or dimensionally unstable substrates, a PU sealer at 70-80 g/m2 is recommended before primer.
- Store at 5-35°C.
