Application method
Substrate preparation
Sand with P150, then P180, and remove dust thoroughly with compressed air.
Mixing
Thin 10-30% by weight or 15-40% by volume depending on application conditions.
Application
Suitable for electrostatic application and 1.8-2 mm nozzle spray at 3 atm.
Surface preparation
- For very porous or dimensionally unstable substrates, a suitable polyurethane sealer is recommended first.
- Store at 5-35°C.
