A clear solvent-based extra-matt finish for furniture fronts, interior objects, and flat panels, with a soft-touch feel, anti-glare effect, and self-healing capability.

Application method

Substrate preparation

Sand the primer with P320, then P400. Remove dust thoroughly with compressed air.

Mix preparation

OPX300 + C300 at 50%. If required, add D1015 up to 15% or D1079 up to 10%. Mix thoroughly.

Cup spray gun

1.0–1.3 mm nozzle; air pressure 2.0–2.5 atm.

AIRMIX and intercoat drying

Use a 0.011–0.013 in nozzle. Allow 1–3 hours between coats; use a fresh mix when the interval is up to 7 hours.

Surface preparation

  • The material is not tintable.
  • Do not apply directly to bare wood.
  • Mix thoroughly before use.
  • Store in undamaged containers at 5–35°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Accelerated drying: flash off for 15 minutes, then 1.5 hours at 50°C; stack after 5 hours.
