Application method

Substrate preparation

Sand the solvent-based 2K base coat with P400-P500. Remove dust thoroughly with compressed air.

Mixture preparation

Add 30% C200 hardener. Thin with up to 20% D1010 when required. Mix mechanically or manually.

Spraying

Apply with a cup gun using a 1.7-1.9 mm nozzle at 2.0-2.5 atm, or by Airmix with a 0.009-0.011 inch nozzle. Apply 80-100 g/m2.

Surface preparation

  • Always mix thoroughly before use.
  • The product is not pigmentable.
  • Actual drying time depends on the substrate, coat thickness, temperature, humidity, and ventilation.
  • Store in intact packaging at 5-35 C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Request the current TDS and validate the cycle with a test application before production use.
