Adhesion primer + elastic polyurethane topcoat with UV stabilisers

Adhesion primer on metal plus an elastic polyurethane topcoat with increased UV stabiliser content and anti-corrosion pigments.

10-year warranty. Zero defects after first season

Coating passed 2000h QUV. After the first winter-summer cycle: no cracks, no adhesion loss, colour shift ΔE < 1.

Failure cause analysis

Sampled sections from the defective building. Cross-section showed intercoat delamination due to primer-topcoat incompatibility.

Laboratory system testing

2000h QUV, 500h salt spray, thermal cycling -30/+80°C. The new system passed without issues.

On-site application

Technologist supervised first 3 facade sections. Crew completed the rest independently using the application map.
