Glass repelled every coating tried
An office fit-out company needed a custom-colour matte coating on tempered glass partitions. Standard lacquers delaminated within 2–4 weeks.
02System
Silane primer + 2K matte lacquer for glass
Silane adhesion primer formed a chemical bond with the glass surface. On top — 2K matte lacquer tinted to RAL 7047.
03Outcome
Adhesion 4B per standard. 18 months in use with zero complaints
Coating passed cross-cut test at 4B. After 18 months — no delamination, no change in matte, colour held exactly.

Colour matching and tinting
Tinted to RAL 7047 Telegrey 4 with ΔE ≤ 0.5 tolerance. Approved reference sample with the client.
Application and QC
Applied in 2 coats with 15-min flash. Adhesion checked on 3 finished sections — 4B at all points.
