A high-build, flexible, readily sandable polyester primer for profiles, shaped parts, musical instruments and surfaces requiring a thick film without runs.

Application method
Spray
2.5–3 mm nozzle; 2.5–3 atm pressure. 150 g/m² per coat, maximum 200 g/m².
Surface preparation
- Prepare wood with P150 followed by P180 and remove dust thoroughly. Suitable substrates include MDF, polyurethane sealers and bare or stained wood.
- For POL1210S itself: add A110 at 2% by weight, mix, then add U100 at 2% by weight. Never mix accelerator directly with catalyst: the mixture may be explosive. These ratios are not a Liquid Foil formulation.
- Store at 18–30°C, dry and away from direct sunlight. Paraffin can crystallise below 18°C; refer to the TDS for recovery procedures.
