A series of ultra-matt metallic coatings for interior furniture and decorative elements, with 15 ready-made shades and the option to develop a custom colour.

Application method

Substrate preparation

Sand the primer with P280, then P320. Remove dust thoroughly with compressed air.

Cup spray gun

Recommended nozzle diameter: 1.6–2.0 mm.

AIRMIX

0.007–0.011 in nozzle; material pressure 50–100 bar; atomising air 0.8–2.5 bar.

Additional protection

Clear AOX1018 can be applied 6–24 hours after VMAOXC.

Surface preparation

  • Mix thoroughly before use.
  • Apply above 15°C and below 65% relative humidity.
  • Preliminary adhesion testing is required on polymer substrates.
  • Clean the finished surface with a neutral detergent in water.
