What this system achieves
The system creates a surface with the visual character of satin metal: soft reflection, directional structure and a deep metallic shade without making the part itself from metal.
It is intended for projects that need more than a conventional metallic colour: the surface reads like a worked metal sheet while leaving greater freedom in shape, production method and substrate.

For MDF it forms a dense white sandable base. Preparation for other substrates is selected separately.
OP385G90 — gloss colour base
Creates an even background and determines the depth of the metallic shade.
VMA — URBAN MATTER decorative layer
Creates the metallic shade and directional character of the satin surface.
OAC363 — clear protective finish
Seals the result and provides the required durability and gloss level.
Colour is further adjusted through the base and system configuration. Working formulations, intervals and application parameters are determined by a technologist after checking the substrate and equipment.
