OAC363 is a family of clear solvent-based 2K acrylic lacquers with non-yellowing properties and uniform matting. Technical data shown are for OAC363G10.

Application method
Hardener
C200 at 10% or C128 at 15%. Pot life is about 8 hours.
Thinner
D1010 or D1015; working dilution 20–40%.
Spray application
1.8–2.0 mm nozzle, pressure about 3 atm.
Curtain coating
Maintain working viscosity by replacing evaporated solvent.
Surface preparation
- Sand primer with P320, then P400 and remove dust.
- Use a clear acrylic primer on light woods; it is mandatory on chemically bleached wood.
- For parquet, two coats of FAC241 are recommended before finishing.
