White polyester primer for MDF
PF297EC combines high hiding power, excellent vertical hold and good manual and mechanical sandability. It forms a preparation coat for furniture and interior finishes.

Application method
A110 accelerator
Add 2% by weight and mix until fully homogeneous.
U100 catalyst
Only after A110 is homogeneous, add U100 at 2%. U102 may be used to extend pot life.
Thinning
About 10% D1016 or D1037 to improve flow, especially in hot conditions.
Spray application
2.5–3.0 mm nozzle at 2.5–3 atm.
Surface preparation
- Important: never mix A110 and U100 directly. Fully disperse A110 in PF297EC before adding U100; direct mixing is explosive.
- Sand MDF with P150, then P180 and remove all dust.
- Do not leave an excessively long delay between sanding the primer and applying the finish.
